UP786 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Guidelines for Pakistan

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the entire document:

• "UP786" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the UP786 online gaming platform accessible at up786.im, operated under a valid international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with UP786 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a player upon completing the UP786 registration process.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the PKR-denominated amount held in a player's UP786 account, comprising real money deposits and any qualifying bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds added to an account by UP786 subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by UP786 before processing withdrawal requests above stated thresholds.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, live dealer, slot machine and other entertainment services provided by UP786 to registered players.

Access to and use of UP786 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during which a player holds an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. UP786 enforces strict age verification and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active UP786 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment details — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be associated with a duplicate registration will be suspended and any balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Own Account Only: You must register and operate an account solely in your own name and for your own personal use. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.

As the account holder at UP786, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
• All activity conducted through your UP786 account, whether or not you personally authorised each transaction or bet. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify UP786 support immediately at support@up786.im.
• Keeping your contact information current. UP786 communicates important account notices, including verification requests, withdrawal confirmations and responsible gaming alerts, via the email address and mobile number registered on your account.

UP786 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials or has shared access with a third party.

Players may close their UP786 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard identity verification checks.

UP786 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. UP786 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and the associated UP786 account may be suspended pending investigation.

UP786 does not charge any fees on deposits from Pakistani mobile wallets or IBFT bank transfers. Card deposits may be subject to fees charged by the issuing bank — please check with your bank before depositing.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount at UP786 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• KYC verification (submission of a valid government-issued CNIC and proof of address) is required before any withdrawal can be processed for accounts with cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 or accounts that have not previously completed verification.
• UP786 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 2 to 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 4 to 24 hours for bank IBFT transfers.
• UP786 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification checks where transactions appear unusual or where fraud prevention protocols are triggered.

UP786 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement at UP786 is 10x the bonus amount unless stated differently in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus credits and associated winnings that are not wagered within the specified period will be automatically removed from the account. The standard expiry is 30 days from the date of issue.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting and live cricket bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (including baccarat and roulette) typically contribute 10%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Full contribution rates are stated in each bonus offer.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering: While bonus wagering is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rs 2,000. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an UP786 account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: UP786 actively monitors for bonus abuse. Any account found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through matched betting strategies using multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have all bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

The following rules govern all sports and cricket betting activity at UP786:

• All bets placed at UP786 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission unless the UP786 Cash Out feature is used where available.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Minimum qualifying times are stated in the relevant sport's specific rules section.
• UP786 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were published due to a manifest error — for example, a decimal odds value entered incorrectly, or a match that was incorrectly listed. In such cases, stakes will be refunded in full.
• Where live in-play betting is offered, UP786 uses real-time data feeds to price markets. Odds may be suspended at any time during a live event to maintain pricing accuracy. Bets submitted during a suspended market will not be accepted.
• The maximum payout on any single bet at UP786, regardless of stake and odds, is Rs 50,000,000 (Rs 5 crore). Accumulator bets are subject to the same overall payout limit.

The following conditions apply to all casino games available at UP786, including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), and any other game titles accessible through the platform:

• All casino games at UP786 use either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from licensed studios. The outcomes of all games are fair and unmanipulated.
• Malfunction of any game software voids all pays and play. In the event of a technical error during a game round at UP786, the game session will be reconstructed using server-side records and any disputed round resolved accordingly.
• Player winnings from casino games are credited to the account balance immediately upon game round completion. Live dealer table winnings are settled at the conclusion of each hand or round.
• UP786 reserves the right to remove or replace any game title from the platform at any time without prior notice, due to licence changes, technical issues or provider decisions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the UP786 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in a name other than your own legal name.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with UP786 in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures or betting markets.
• Accessing UP786 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Money laundering or using UP786 for any transaction that does not represent genuine gaming activity — for example, depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful betting activity in between.
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches or pricing mistakes to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Harassment or abusive conduct towards UP786 staff, customer support agents or other players on any platform channel.

UP786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other criminal activity.
• Suspected exploitation of bonuses, technical errors or game mechanics.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, UP786 will determine whether any remaining balance is returnable based on the nature of the breach. Balances derived from prohibited activity will not be returned. Legitimate real-money deposits that are unrelated to the breach may be returned at UP786's discretion following investigation.

UP786 is deeply committed to responsible gaming and has integrated a comprehensive set of player protection tools into the platform. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated instantly through the account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your UP786 account. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

• Any loss of profits, revenues or business opportunities arising from your use of the UP786 platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server outages or circumstances beyond UP786's reasonable control.
• Incorrect bets placed by a player due to misunderstanding of odds formats, market descriptions or game rules.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Tax obligations arising from gambling winnings. It is the responsibility of each player to understand and comply with their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms limits UP786's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. UP786's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant incident.

All content on the UP786 platform — including but not limited to the UP786 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, odds data, images and software — is the intellectual property of UP786 or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise use any UP786 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

By submitting any content to UP786 — including in support chat, feedback forms or any user-generated content field — you grant UP786 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UP786 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a player and UP786 that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licence-issuing jurisdiction.

Pakistani players agree to this governing law clause as a condition of their UP786 account registration. This does not affect any consumer rights you may hold under Pakistani law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

UP786 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal policies or account eligibility rules — UP786 will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to registered players before the updated terms take effect.

Minor changes — such as clarifications to existing language, corrections to typographical errors or updates to contact information — may take effect immediately without advance notice.

The current version of these terms is always available at up786.im/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of UP786 following notification of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
